Customised and Made-to-Order Items
Customised items, including products with custom names, numbers, or any form of personalisation, are made to order.
Once a customised order has entered processing or production, it is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes situations where:
- The customer changes their mind
- The wrong size is ordered
- The item is no longer wanted
A customised order may only be cancelled and refunded if production has not yet started, and only at the sole discretion of Veyro Official.

Non-Customised Items
For non-customised items, any request for a return or refund must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless the item is proven to be faulty in accordance with applicable consumer law.
All returns are subject to approval.

Conditions for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item is:
- Incorrect

The issue must be reported within 10 days and supported by clear photographic evidence.
Items must be:

Prepaid return labels will not be provided for standard returns.
